Smilegate Vietnam

Entering the Vietnam market from 2023, Smilegate Vietnam‘s mission is to provide stable development & operation of the Smilegate platform and services, expanding beyond the development center to the region and expanding into an Asian hub.

What the role involves:

• Coordinate resources for the flawless execution of projects.
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget.
• Develop project scopes and objectives, involve all relevant stakeholders, and ensure technical feasibility.
• Lead and execute a primary project while managing multiple interconnected data flows and system dependencies.
• Collect, consolidate, and prioritize requirements from various stakeholders, including Product Owners across different teams and business units.
• Develop a deep understanding of complex business logic across the platform to ensure accurate planning, alignment, and delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional communication to align technical, product, and business requirements.
• Ensure that data relationships, policy rules, and operational constraints are fully reflected in project planning and execution.

Key Duties:

• Collaborate with team leaders in the Development department to allocate and organize resources to ensure projects are executed flawlessly.
• Guarantee all projects are completed within the defined timeline, scope, and budget.
• Define project scopes and objectives, engage all relevant stakeholders, and ensure technical feasibility.
• Ensure the availability and distribution of resources.
• Construct a comprehensive project plan to monitor progress.
• Employ suitable verification methods to handle alterations in project scope, schedule, and expenses.
• Evaluate project performance utilizing suitable systems, tools, and techniques.
• Communicate and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Oversee the relationship with the client and all stakeholders.
• Conduct risk management to reduce project risks.
• Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Korean communication is a must. English or Vietnamese Communication is preferred.
• Possess a minimum of five years of experience in project management using Agile/Scrum methodology.
• Experienced in managing multiple projects with team sizes starting from 5 members.
• Responsible for maintaining the quality of agile ceremonies, including daily scrums, sprint planning, showcases, and retrospectives.
• Capable of providing constructive and timely feedback to both delivery team members and stakeholders.
• Skilled in resolving conflicts within or between the delivery team and stakeholders.
• Proficient in negotiating priorities and timelines with stakeholders.
• Ensures that the delivery team adheres to the committed timeline and process.
• Attentive, passionate, and possesses a high level of responsibility.
