Smilegate Vietnam
Entering the Vietnam market from 2023, Smilegate Vietnam‘s mission is to provide stable development & operation of the Smilegate platform and services, expanding beyond the development center to the region and expanding into an Asian hub
Job Objective
Manage recruitment operations at Smilegate Vietnam while playing a key role in auditing existing workflows to implement AI-driven optimizations. The goal is to eliminate manual tasks for HR and related departments, enhancing overall organizational productivity.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Operations:
- Requirement Clarification: Proactively consult with Hiring Managers to thoroughly understand job requirements and candidate personas.
- Active Sourcing: Directly hunt and source candidates across multiple platforms and research appropriate, effective recruitment channels.
- Full-cycle Execution: Manage the entire recruitment process, including job posting, pipeline management, interview scheduling, and initial screening calls.
- Experience Management: Ensure a professional candidate experience and support Hiring Managers in evaluating and selecting the best-fit talent.
AI Implementation & Process Optimization:
- Audit and Analysis: Research current workflows within HR and related departments (back-office) to identify repetitive, manual, or inefficient tasks.
- Creative AI Solutions: Propose and implement AI-driven methods (Generative AI, Automation tools) to automate and optimize identified processes (including but not limited to: translation, drafting, data management, reporting, etc.).
- Operational Systematization: Establish new AI-supported workflows to minimize human error and accelerate processing times.
- Training and Adoption: Guide and support other team members in adopting AI tools to improve their daily work efficiency.
Other Ad-hoc Tasks:
- Perform other HR management tasks required from time to time to support the smooth operation of the HR Team.
Job Requirements
- Experience: 2–5 years in Recruitment or HR Generalist roles (Experience in IT companies or multinational environments is a plus)
- Recruitment Skills: Proficiency in active sourcing; strong screening and job briefing skills.
- AI Competency:
- Mastery of AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.)
- Logical thinking to identify epetitive tasks and propose AI-driven solutions.
- Preference for candidates who proactively use AI in their daily work to save time.
- Proactive, tech-savvy, and have Process Improvement mindset
- Languages: Professional communication in English or Korean
